Representing this mix without overwhelming the visitor, and still encouraging conversions, required intentional content architecture and UX planning. Additionally, the appointment booking form required dynamic service selection and a guided experience, but the initial concept lacked a clear interaction model.
The solution
We created a clear information architecture with a simplified primary navigation (Home, Services, About, Contact) and integrated anchor links for service sections. The appointment booking component was architected to adapt across screen sizes and provide contextual dropdown service options.

Visitors are guided efficiently through services with clear CTAs, resulting in higher interaction with contact forms and book-appointment actions. The responsive layout ensures a consistent experience across devices and aligns with search engine expectations for mobile friendliness and accessibility.
