Gladman Creative Designs addressed this challenge through a system driven, reader first design solution where each major section was introduced with clear sectional headers, distinct colour accents, and visual breathing space. A disciplined typographic system applied clear differentiation between headings, subheadings, body copy, tables, and footnotes. Implemention of consistent spacing rules to improve readability.

The final outcome delivered clear qualitative and measurable success. Complex municipal data was presented in a structured, readable, and accessible manner, improving navigation for all stakeholders.
